HVAC system, but if you have more than one, it’s easy to customize. Add coverage for additional systems anytime so your whole home stays
comfortable, protected, and running smoothly.

  • Can I customize my Home Protection Plan to include additional systems?

    Absolutely! Standard pricing includes coverage for one AC/Furnace system. You can add coverage for additional systems such as extra furnaces, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and more for an additional monthly fee.

  • Why is regular maintenance so important for my home systems?

    Routine maintenance keeps your HVAC and other systems running efficiently, prevents unexpected breakdowns, and extends their lifespan. With the Home Protection Plan, you ensure your home is always in top shape and avoid costly repairs down the road.

  • How will this plan save me money in the long run?

    By staying on top of regular maintenance, the plan helps extend the life of your equipment, prevents expensive emergency repairs, and gives you 15% off any repairs that are needed.

  • Is this plan really necessary for newer systems?

    Yes! Even newer systems need regular maintenance to run efficiently and avoid future problems. The plan helps keep everything in top shape and can even catch manufacturer warranty issues early on.

  • What if I don’t have any problems with my system–will the plan still benefit me?

    Absolutely! Regular maintenance improves efficiency, which can lower your energy bills, and it gives you peace of mind that your systems are ready for any season.

  • How does the free HVAC filter benefit work?

    As part of the Home Protection Plan, you receive complimentary HVAC filters shipped directly to your home. Our team will collect your filter size and ship you the number of filters for a 1 year supply, which will depend on type and size of filter.

  • Terms and Conditions

    The Hoffmann Brothers Home Protection Plan is available with either Monthly or Annual Auto-Renewal payments. Membership benefits include: 1 or 2 maintenance visits a per 12-month period, which can be scheduled together or separately. Air filters shipped upon request (up to 6 one-inch filters or 2 media filters, not exceeding $100 per 12-month period). Please note that visit frequency and filter coverage vary by membership type. Refer to your specific membership for details. Exclusive discounts and priority service. A minimum commitment of 12 months is required. Membership can be transferred to another home within our service area if you relocate. If the membership is canceled, any maintenance visits already completed within each 12-month period must be paid in full. Price adjustments may apply if your equipment differs from the original quote. For Annual Auto-Renew plans, renewal notices are emailed 30 days before payment processing. Cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing or renewal date. Hoffmann Brothers has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For questions or membership changes, please contact customer service.
